A pair of bent nose locking pliers and hose pliers are all that are needed... use the bent nose locking pliers to remove the screws, hose pliers to pull the injector out of the rail. I've done several myself with that method and I've seen all six done that way.
It'd also help to replace all those phillips screws with hex-head .
I love elitists who aren't really elite in any way... they amuse me greatly.
